The Lead Powder Making Machine are special equipment for producing battery lead powder. Lead particles (or lead blocks) collide with each other and are oxidized into lead powder by friction during the rotation of the drum. Secondly, after the lead oxide powder is discharged, the high-pressure blower will send the high-pressure air flow into the drum to separate the lead powder and lead particles and suspend them in the drum. Product Feature
The Lead Powder Making Machine is pumped out of the drum by negative pressure suction at the discharge end, enabling continuous production. In addition, fine lead powder can be fully oxidized by baking powder. The lead mill adopts the method of feeding high-pressure air to lift the powder, and is equipped with a high-power high-pressure fan. The resulting lead oxide is 伪-Pb0 (diamond-shaped structure, product stable). More importantly, the lead powder we produce is suitable for use as a battery plate for electric scooters. Finally, our products are robust.
